Engineering Benchmarks
Performance Targets & Internal Benchmarks
The accuracy and bundle-size numbers our Device Identification platform is engineered to hit — measured on our own infrastructure, published transparently.
How to read these numbers. Every figure on this page is an internal engineering benchmark or design target, measured on our own infrastructure. They have not been independently audited — a third-party audit is planned. For feature-level comparisons with other providers, see our comparison pages.
Accuracy Benchmarks
Device Identification accuracy across challenging scenarios in our internal testing.
Cross-browser
99.5%Cross-browser accuracy benchmarks for tracio.ai: same device across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and incognito. Stability and performance metrics.
Incognito mode
98.7%Private browsing vs normal browsing on the same device
After browser update
97.2%Identification stability across major browser version updates
Cross-session (30 days)
96.8%Re-identification after 30 days with no return visits
Client Bundle Size
Gzipped client-side bundle size for our Device Identification agent. Smaller bundles mean faster page loads and better Core Web Vitals.
How We Measure Internally
These numbers come from our own engineering benchmarks, run against production-shaped workloads on our infrastructure. They reflect the targets the platform is built to meet, not results from an independent third party. An external audit is planned; until then, treat every figure as a vendor-reported benchmark.
Accuracy
Accuracy is defined as correct re-identifications divided by total attempts for a known device. We evaluate the challenging cases that matter most — the same device across different browsers, in incognito mode, after browser updates, and returning after a gap between sessions.
Bundle Size
The gzipped size (compression level 6) of our client-side Device Identification agent, including all required dependencies and excluding optional modules.
